PROBLEM: Residents were not engaged in the community, lack of communication, outdated HOA management systems. SOLUTION: Create branding for the community and update systems to require less manual updating. Increase communication between residents and the HOA board, giving residents ‘a voice’ and keeping them informed.

As part of a job application process, I was tasked with conducting research on the specified topic and composing a compelling blog post of up to 1,000 words that provided a thorough exploration of the subject. Additionally, I designed a corresponding image to align with the company's brand and complement the article.
